If Lexmark is selling the printers at near cost or below with this "feature" to exclude the third party suppliers, does that constitute a tying arrangement for anti-trust? New approach to an old idea.

Earlier I implied that the Lexmark cartridges were inkjet cartridges--
but in fact, they are toner cartridges for a laser printer-- Aside from
making everything a bit more expensive, this doesn't change much of
anything
