Re: [dvd-discuss] European Commission on Digital Rights Management



It's embarrassing to admit this but that report is more informative 
and insightful than anything that's come out of Biden or Hollings in 
the last couple of weeks....still...I don't see that it addresses one 
problem with DRM - All of the schemes so far are concerned with the 
short term-but the goal is to preserve knowledge,culture over the 
long term.
